Spectrum Fire Protection were called late on a Friday afternoon following a recommendation by a Sub-Contractor by Beko plc requiring an urgent Fire Hydrant Repair. Even though they were not a contract customer at the time, an urgent response was given with a positive outcome for both the client and ourselves.

 

“Following an unfortunate event on a Friday afternoon at our Birmingham storage warehouse, Spectrum Fire Protection acted quickly to attend site and rectify the situation, even though we weren’t at the time a contracted customer. They did so causing minimal stress and delay in resolving this for us.” Mr K. Peach for Beko explained.

The response to the fire hydrant repair not only saved a potential large amount of damage to bonded stock within the warehouse, but also repaired the leak as soon as was possible to prevent unnecessary leakage of water for an extended period of time.
